Good location and nice room, but the air conditioning was missing. Disappointing service.

This was just an optimal selection for a weekend adventure in Osaka with good value for price. The view from the bed in the single deluxe room was excellent. I could see the sunrise over the city. Plan ahead for packed breakfast if you have an early departure.

Request a portable Wi-Fi router if the room's connection is weak. It worked great and kept us connected during our stay.

The two-night stay was fantastic! The breakfast buffet was deliciously fresh, and the on-site sauna was perfect for unwinding after a busy day. My only gripe was that the Wi-Fi proved a bit slow when I first connected, but overall, it didn’t dampen my experience too much. 😊

We had an amazing stay! The in-room massage service was decent, and the breakfast spread was perfect for fueling our day. And wow, the vibrant vibe of the American Village nearby made this the ultimate getaway! I’d definitely stay here again!

I was impressed by the spaciousness and modern decor of the room, which made it easy to move around with my luggage. The hotel's accessibility to Shinsaibashi Station was a great advantage for exploring Osaka comfortably.
Improved air conditioning would enhance comfort for seniors.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and had a modern decor that made it easy to navigate with my luggage. The location is top-notch, right above Shinsaibashi Station, which made exploring Osaka super convenient. Staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful, enhancing the overall experience. One downside was the air conditioning. it couldn't be adjusted enough for my comfort, making it a bit stale at times. However, the cleanliness and tidiness of the room made up for it. I appreciated the excellent dining options available in the hotel too, with several quality restaurants that offered a variety of cuisine.

The room was super spacious and comfy. I loved the comfy bed and pillows. The decor was modern, and they had nice toiletries. Sleepwear, which was a fun touch. But the air conditioning was pretty unresponsive, which kind of took away from the comfort. Overall, the vibe was nice and relaxing.
